RBC, 04.12.2008, Moscow 13:03:57.On January 1, 2009, the tariff for the transportation of oil products through Belarus will be raised by 52.8 percent to $1.36 per tonne of oil products transited for 100 kilometers, in accordance with a decree by the country's Economy Ministry, its press office reported today. The decree was issued according to a Russia-Belarus intergovernmental agreement signed on June 8, 2004, the statement reads.
The existing tariff of $0.89 per tonne of oil products per 100 kilometers set by this same agreement has been effective since 2004.
