Alexander Lukashenko, the President of Belarus, does not exclude the Belarusian Parliament to discuss the issue regarding the recognizing independence of Abkhazia and so called South Ossetia after the New Year. News agency ITAR-TASS reports regarding this.
'After the New Year our Parliament will discuss the issue and if the people and the parliament approve it, I will sign the corresponding order.' -Lukashenko remarked.
As the President of Belarus stated he discussed the issue with Russian Government during his visit to Moscow on December 22.
'It was the stroke of our negotiations.' -Lukashenko stressed.
