MOSCOW, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Belarus has asked Russia for a 100 billion roubles ($3.61 billion) loan if Minsk is to move to accounting for bilateral trade in roubles, Russian Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Pankin said on Monday.
'There is a letter saying that they want a loan of 100 billion roubles in case of a move to trade in Russian roubles,' Pankin told a news briefing.
