Belarusian government allowed exporting rape oil without exchange auction

Belarusian government changed the order of selling of foodstuffs and allowed to legal persons and private entrepreneurs to export rape oil from the territory of Belarus without conclusion of contracts on Belarusian universal commodity exchange. The corresponding decree of the Council of Ministers of Belarus # 1882 "About some issues of exports of separate commodities" was signed on December 5, 2008.

The decree took effect on December 8, 2008.
