Belarus: BTRC decides tonight for the Helsinki representation

The Belarusian broadcaster holds tonight the second (of three) stages of its national selection. At 18:20 CET the Belarusian broadcaster will air the show Eurofest 2007 during which (and as the Belarus Today newspaper reported) a Eurovision-a-like show will take place. 15 entrants out of the total 66 submitted, will compete. The big favourite is Dmitry Koldun. The procedure simple. Televoting will decide on two winners. The jury has also to pic one winner as well. If the jury winner is among the winners of televoting then on the third part of the selection (in January) there will be two finalists; if not then a third winner will be added. BTRC sources exclusively reported to oikotimes.com that the songs we'll hear tonight by the two or three winners, will not be the final ones for the representation in Helsinki.
