MINSK. Nov 5 (Interfax) - The European Union is launching cooperation with Belarus in three new areas, Hugues Mingarelli, deputy head of the European Commission's Directorate-General for External Relations, told Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov in Minsk on Wednesday.
The European Union plans to launch cooperation with Belarus in three new areas: food quality regulations and standards; interaction between financial institutions and cooperation in agriculture and food security, Mingarelli said.
