MINSK. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Martynov has confirmed his country's readiness to open an office of the European Commission in Minsk.
"No we are not giving this up. It is question of going through general government procedures today," he told journalists on Tuesday.
Speaking of relations between Belarus and the European Union he said that it is "a dialogue that requires serious attention and effort on both sides."
