MINSK, September 23 (Itar-Tass) - An early voting begins in Belarus on Tuesday ahead of a parliamentary election, due next Sunday.
Opponents of President Alexander Lukashenko say the results of the elections will be falsified, and have urged voters to launch an action of protest on the day of the election.
In response, President Lukashenko said at a session on Monday that nobody will be allowed to upset the situation in the country during the election campaign, despite the international reaction.
As of the present day, over 400 international observers have been already accredited. It is expected that by Sunday, the day of the election, this figure will grow 2.5 times.
