Belarus increased production volumes of agricultural products
During January-July of 2009, all varieties of agricultural economies in Belarus increased output of agricultural products by 8.8% at the sum of 12.3 trn. BYR (4.3 bln USD), declared the National statistics committee. According to the forecast, in 2009, volumes of the gross agricultural products output in Belarus will grow by 9.5%.
Agricultural organizations, farming economies increased output of agricultural products by 14.1%. At the same time, production of plant growing commodities grew by 30.6%. The rise of grain, rapeseed and forage production caused the growth of plant growing commodities output.
