Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko blames State of Secretary for explosion

Minks-APA. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko blamed State Secretary of Security Council Viktor Sheiman for explosion occurred during Belarusian Independence Day in Minsk, APA reports quoting Interfax.

"Viktor Vladimirovich, I think that you will dismiss after incident. You are guilty", he said. Lukashenko noted that Sheiman should be more attentive to ensure security during events.

About 50 people were injured during explosion in Minsk on July 3.
