MOSCOW, July 30 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Belarussian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky have discussed a possibility of Russia's issuing a stabilisation loan to Belarus at their meeting in Moscow on Monday.
A source in the Russian government told ITAR-TASS that Russia could issue to Belarus a one and a half billion dollar credit in the rescheduling of Belarus' debt that formed after Russia's increasing the price of its gas almost twofold, to 100 dollars for 1,000 cubic meters.
