MOSCOW - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Monday he hopes his country and Japan will cooperate in the fields of high-tech and energy saving in addition to expanding trade and investment, Japanese officials said.
Lukashenko expressed his hopes at a meeting with Japanese Ambassador to Belarus Yasuo Saito, who concurrently serves as the Japanese envoy to Russia, the officials said.
