After last week's spat between Belarus and Gazprom a supplementary gas transit agreement could be signed in the next two days, according to officials at Beltransgaz.
Chief officer Vladimir Mayorov said his company had accepted a draft deal from Gazprom and was waiting to seal the deal, RIA Novosti reported.
Transit fees paid by Gazprom on gas which it exports across Belarus became an unexpected sticking point at the end of a row over prices which briefly disrupted supplies to Belarus last week.
