Opposition MP Kyrylenko offers Kyiv, Minsk to elaborate common gas transit policy

MP Viacheslav Kyrylenko of the opposition Our Ukraine party says Ukraine and Belarus should work out a common policy on the transit of Russian gas to Europe.

"Ukraine and Belarus as two transit states should develop common policy on the transit of Russian gas to Europe. A joint transit policy would provide an opportunity to avoid the constant blackmail from Gazprom against Ukraine and Belarus," Kyrylenko said.
