MOSCOW -(Dow Jones)- Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko has ordered a halt to transit of Russian natural gas to Europe, amid an unsettled-debt issue between Minsk and Moscow, Belarussia's state news agency Belta reports Tuesday.
Russian state-run gas firm OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) cut gas supplies to Belarus by 30% Tuesday amid a row over what it says is a $192 million unpaid gas bill.
