Moscow, June 22 (Interfax) - Gazprom has reduced gas supply to Belarus to 30% of its daily norm, the Russian gas giant's chief executive Alexei Miller said at a meeting broadcast by the NTV channel.
Miller said Gazprom continued to reduce supplies because Minsk had not in the past 24 hours made taken any steps to settle its estimated $200 million debt for gas.
The limit of 30% can be increased proportionate to the debt, he said.
Gazprom initially cut the supplies by 15% on Monday, and said the cut could be increased to 85%, proportionate to the debt.
