ST PETERSBURG Russia, June 18 (Reuters) - Belarus' Energy Minister will hold emergency talks with Russian energy giant Gazprom (GAZP.MM: Quote) to avoid a gas supply cut due to outstanding debts, Interfax said on Friday citing unnamed sources in Minsk.
