Belarus' MDC to launch mobile TV by year's end

Belarusian mobile operator Mobile Digital Communications (MDC) is to launch a mobile TV service, reports Prime-Tass Belarus.
MDC's mobile TV service will be based on Ericsson's platforms and will support up to eight channels. The service will broadcast both live TV and video on demand and the content will include music videos, news and comedy clips.
The company plans to launch the service by the end of the year.
