Minsk - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has dismissed allegations that, by participating in the European Union's Eastern Partnership program, Belarus is somehow damaging Russia's interests.
"In maintaining negotiations with the West, we are not holding any negotiations against Russia. This would not be beneficial to us and is detrimental from any viewpoint," Lukashenko told journalists in Minsk on Saturday.
