Belarus offers some paid e-govt services

The Belarus state portal for electronic services has started charging users for some services. The portal earlier provided free electronic services. Registered users will be offered the balance, with the possibility of top-ups using a payments systems connected to the portal. The portal provides users with information on goods produced or registered in Belarus, with the service costing BYR 1,910 to BYR 2,522. At least ten other paid information services will be launched on the portal in the future.
