Handset imports in Belarus reach 1.47 mln in 2010

The volume of imports of handsets to Belarus grew 2.6 times in 2010. Around 1.47 million handsets worth around USD 100 million were delivered to the country, reports Prime-Tass citing data from customs officials. A total of 874,000 handsets were delivered from China, 189,500- from Romania, 88,100 from India, 73,200 from Hungary and 65,200 from Korea. Imports from China doubled year-on-year.
