Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Belarusian Government is sure in future expansion of Baku-Minsk air communications.
The Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Nikolai Pazkevich said that Baku-Minsk flight is in a high demand among passengers.
"The flight is in such a high in requisition that sometimes there is a lack of tickets. Thanks to the talks held with Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) CJSC we have agreed to increase the flight frequency. I think we could introduce four flights per week in summer and two flights per week in winter. Undoubtedly, the frequency will be increased," Pazkevich emphasized.
The first flight via this route was put into operation in 2007. Organization of Baku-Minsk transport corridor will create new opportunities for development of economic links between the two countries.
