Minsk hosts evening on literature and muzik in memory of S. Seifullin

MINSK. February 26. KAZINFORM Embassy of Kazakhstan in Belarus together with Belarusian community of friendship and cultural ties with foreign countries, “Belarus-Kazakhstan” Community and international union “Atameken” held literature-musical evening devoted to one of the founders of modern Kazakh literature, prominent statesman Saken Seifullin; Kazinform refers to the Embassy’s press-release. Reps of Belarusian community, intelligentsia, Kazakh Diaspora, Kazakh students studying at the Belarusian universities, reps of mass media and diplomats of the embassy took part in the event. Deputy Chairman of “Belarus-Kazakhstan” Community, Belarusian poet Leonid Levanovich told guests about S. Seifullin’s biography and career. Recollecting his trips to Kazakhstan he spoke warmly about our country, rich culture and traditions of Kazakh people.

Creative team “Karlygash” performed Kazakh folk dances and music
