The fifth meeting of Azerbaijan-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission to be held in spring

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Next meeting of Azerbaijan-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation is planned to be held this spring.

The Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Nikoali Pazkevich said that they hope the meeting will be held in March or April, the terms are under discussion.

"We are preparing for the meeting by working on the issues relating to different aspects of the bilateral cooperation," Pazkevich said.

Previous meeting was held in March 2007 within the visit of Belarus Prime Minister Sergei Sidorskoy to Baku. At the end of the meeting it was signed the document entitled "The Events for Implementation of the Long-Term Socio-Economic Development Programme between Belarus and Azerbaijan till 2015".
