Belarus to impose import licensing for wheat, meslin, barley, maize and several types of forages

The government of Belarus passed the additional list of commodities, which will be imported with licensing provided by the Ministry of Trading. The decree of the Council of Ministries #142 dd. February 2 includes the decision, according to the Council. The document takes effect in 5 days after the official promulgation.
