MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has demanded the continuation of talks with Belarus on oil deliveries to it and on oil transit to Western Europe. "Everything must be done to guarantee the interests of Western consumers," he said at a Tuesday meeting with key Cabinet members. Putin also spoke of the need to guarantee the interests of Russian companies "that will evidently face certain losses and to think of a set of measures to minimize their losses."
