MINSK, January 9 (Itar-Tass) - Plenipotentiary representative of the Belarussian government and vice-premier Andrei Kobyakov flew this morning to Moscow to settle questions on oil deliveries and transit to the West, reported the press service of the Belarussian Foreign Ministry.
On Monday, a delegation, led by First Deputy Economics Minister Vladimir Naidunov, urgently departed for Moscow for the same purpose.
