Belarus To Enlarge Oil Product Sales Markets in Ukraine
Belarus is enlarging sales markets for oil products in Ukraine, the director of Belarusneft-Ukrayina, Viktor Volkevich, said during a conference on the topic in Kiev.
Volkevich said that his enterprise began working on the Ukrainian market in August 2010 and noted that his first deliveries of oil products from the Mozyr tank farm were sold in Ukraine in October.
He said current shipments totalled about 500 tons per month and added Belarusneft-Ukrayina intends to double this amount in the near future.
Specifically, in December 600 to 700 ton of oil products would be sold with an eye on increasing that figure to 1,000 tons in 2011.
