Minsk. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) does not recognize the presidential elections in Belarus as legitimate, OSCE mission chief Toni Lloyd told journalists in Minsk, cited by ITAR-TASS.
"The normative and legal basis in Belarus is not adequate and does not guarantee transparent elections, having in mind the obligations taken before the OSCE. There are no conditions for effective application of complaints. The elections were not able to give Belarus the future it deserves," said Lloyd.
