Co-operation with Belarus to increase
HA NOI - Viet Nam and Belarus reached two agreements of co-operation in Minsk, Belarus, on December 21.
One of the deals was on transport and the other on culture and art.
Ambassador Vu Xuan Ninh represented the Vietnamese Government to sign both accords.
The Minister of Transport and Communication and a representative from the Ministry of Culture of Belarus inked on the deals. - VNS
