IBA Awarded for Most Impressive BP Deal 2006

IBA Group, an alliance of IT companies with 1800 professionals, recently received the IBM prize Most Impressive BP Deal 2006. The IBM award is the acknowledgement of IBA expertise in the prospective IT sector.

[ClickPress, Thu Dec 21 2006] From October 11 to October 13, IBA participated in the annual IBM conference "IBM CEMAAS System z Sales" that was held in Krems, Austria. At the conference, IBA was awarded the IBM prize Most Impressive BP Deal 2006. Every year, IBM conducts the conference for companies that implement projects on System Z, as well as for independent software vendors, system integrators, and IBM business partners that are CEEMAS members.

The IBM award is the recognition of IBA expertise in the prospective IT sector that focuses on the integration of complex systems using System Z with SAP. At present, a range of similar projects is implemented in Belarus.

IBA delivered a report about the company's expertise in system integration using System z and SAP. Speaking about conference results, Ryhor Zlobin, IBA Technical Director, said:
