The fuel and energy balance between Belarus and Russia will be signed by December 19, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Dolgolev told a press conference in Moscow.
The two countries will reach a gas supply agreement in the next few days, the official added.
Belarus expects to receive 21.5 billion cubic meters of gas, whereas Russia is ready to supply 20.5 cubic meters. The price will remain the same as in 2005, $46.68 per 1,000 cubic meters.
