W.T.O. Meetings Will Also Continue In 2006, Tuzmen

HONG KONG - Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen, who is in Hong Kong for the World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference, has indicated today that the final draft document said that meetings of WTO would also continue in 2006.

Tuzmen noted that Turkish party signed memorandums of understanding with Guyana and Belarus during his visit to Hong Kong.

Stating that he held bilateral meetings with ministers of China and the Netherlands on bilateral trade, Tuzmen indicated that he also met foreign industrialists and businessmen.

Tuzmen said that he also held meetings on Turkish textile industry during his visit, adding that Turkish party was holding talks to increase sales of textile products in EU, U.S. and Far Eastern markets.
