Belarus PM: Minsk willing for all-out cooperation with Iran

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky said his country is willing to mature cooperation with Iran in all fields.

In a meeting with Iran's Central Bank Governor Mahmoud Bahmani in Belarus, Sidorsky pointed out to joint investments of the two sides on oil, petrochemistry, development projects and making car and said Tehran-Minsk economic cooperation should exceed the current level of 100 million dollars yearly.

He also expressed hope the volume could grow to 1 billion dollars through opening the second Iranian bank in Belarus.

Bahmani also met Belarusian Ministers of Economy and Industries where they stressed further cooperation.

Iran and Belarus have also signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) on banking.
