The parties inked the convention on avoiding double taxation and a protocol on cooperation between the Belarussian Justice Ministry and the Libyan justice committee as well as a memorandum on mutual understanding between the Belarussian standardisation committee and the Libyan national centre for standardisation and metrology.

Documents also include an agreement on cooperation between the Belarussian state television and radio company and the Libyan broadcasting corporation.
