'e-Belarus programme' behind schedule

According to Belarus' Ministry of Communications and Information, the country's 'e-Belarus programme; aimed at bringing the country's networks, services and technology up to date, is running behind schedule. 102 projects are currently underway within the programme, but only ten of these are financed fully by the e-Belarus budget, and only four meet the term's requirements.
