In 2008 Belarus to implement 800 big investment projects
In 2008 Belarus will implement 800 big investment projects, First Deputy Economy Minister Piotr Zhabko told a press conference in Minsk on October 15, reported Belta.
According to him, 370 projects worth Br2.3 trillion will be completed by the end of the year. Among them are the projects carried out at MAZ, Minsk Engine Works, Integral Research and Production Association, Minsk CHP-3.
Around a half of the projects are implemented in line with the national innovation development programmes and nearly 170 projects as part of the national comprehensive programme of development of the regions, small and medium towns, Piotr Zhabko said.
