M+W Zander modernizes semiconductor production in Belarus

Updated equipment for NPO Integral in Minsk M+W Zander FE GmbH Stuttgart (Germany) has been awarded a 28-million euro contract to modernize production at Belarusian semiconductor manufacturer NPO Integral. The modernization program is scheduled for completion by mid-2008 and will permit production of microchips using 200-millimeter semiconductor wafers.
