Accord on Russia-Belarus anti-missile system to be signed in 2006-minister

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax-AVN) - An agreement on the creation of the united Russian-Belarussian anti-missile system will be signed before the end of 2006, Belarussian Defense Minister Col. Gen. Leonid Maltsev said. "The agreement is in its final stage, and both Russia and Belarus are finalizing domestic procedures," the minister told journalists in Friday in Moscow.
