African present at Belarussian economic seminar in Russian capital

APA-Moscow (Russia) The Belarussian embassy in Moscow hosted a one-day economic seminar for African, Asian and Latin American ambassadors and economic counselors accredited in Moscow, APA learns here on Thursday.

Belarussian ambassador Vasily Dolgolev urged diplomatic representatives to explore the vast potential economic opportunities in his country, adding that "many export opportunities exist for the third world especially African and Asian countries."

He stressed : "Belarus has a quality industrial and manufactured agricultural machinery and equipment at competitive prices and the country is transparent for mutual economic cooperation."

There were many presentations by Belarussian businesses and industrial enterprises. Among the participating countries were Angola, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Sudan, Mozambique and Namibia.
