ASTANA. September 12. KAZINFORM. /Kurmat Samarkhan/ "Today we have summarized the results of the work done for the short period," Kazakh Defense Minister Daniyal Akhmetov told journalists having met with his Belarusian counterpart general-colonel Leonid Maltsev in Astana.
"10 top level officers will annually pass training in the Byelorussian Staff College. Besides, we have signed today an agreement on training of 50 military men in the institutions of the Byelorussian Defense Ministry."
The parties concluded a contract on repair of Kazakhstan's SU-27 planes. Specialists of Kazakhstan Engineering along with their foreign colleagues will debate issues related to initiating a joint venture for making Vostok radiodetectors.
