CMB Head received Belarusian Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Tolerance in Azerbaijan is the characteristic feature of the state that supports the peace in the region, Belarusian ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolay Patskevich told during his meeting with the chairman of the Caucasian Moslem Board (CMB) Sheykhiruslam Allahshukur Pashazade, Trend reports with reference to CMB.

According to him, it assumes a great importance for Belarus where the representatives of many confessions live. The ambassador stressed that 8 mosques function and other one is being built in Minsk.

By mentioning the importance of mutual relations in the religious sphere, the head of CMB voiced his desire that "irrespective of the difficulty in implementing independent policy, our states will keep their national interests".
