No official stand of Polish president on the Poland-Belarus crisis

Byelorussian Foreign Ministry announced its willingness to hold talks with its Polish counterpart to solve recent crisis in bilateral relations. Meanwhile president Aleksander Kwasniewski has not taken official stand yet. The head of the chancellery Jolanta Szymanek-Deresz informed that the Polish president is concerned that his taking a stand in the conflict might result in repressive measures against Poles in Belarus.
