Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan sign document on customs code

ASTANA, July 5 (Itar-Tass) - Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus have signed a declaration enforcing the Customs Code for the three countries starting from July 6, while for Russia and Kazakhstan - from July 1, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday.

The president said the formation of the Customs Union was "an advantageous and interesting enterprise".

"I am glad that we have agreed on the statute of the EurAsEC court, which testifies to the fact that integration has entered its final stage," Medvedev stressed, adding that now the statute will be also applied in relations between companies registered in EurAsEC countries.
