Belarus to start the harvesting campaign in the middle of July
According to preliminary estimates, Belarus will start the harvesting campaign from the middle of July of the current year, declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus.
Several agricultural economies of the country have already started the harvesting campaign of winter barley. The average yield of the grain in the region totals 40 c/ha. Several agricultural organizations of Gomel oblast started colza harvesting campaign. On July 10-12 period, Belarus will start selective harvesting of winter rapeseed.
The mass harvesting campaign of grains will start after July 20 in the terms of favorable weather conditions, mentioned the Ministry.
