Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko have met face-to-face today, AzerTaj State News Agency reported.
The presidents praised the two countries' relations, describing them as successfully developing in various areas.
They stressed the importance of the Belarus leader's official visit to Azerbaijan for expanding the bilateral relations.
The presidents exchanged views on bilateral ties and international issues.
After the meeting, the negotiations were held between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in an expanded format with participation of delegations.
