Belarus will never walk out of the Customs Union , said the head of the country's Customs Committee Alexander Shpilevsky. He thinks the Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan has succeeded despite some remaining controversies. Prime Ministers of the member-states failed to agree on several sensitive issues during talks on May 21. These were import of foreign cars and aircraft for Russia, export duties on Russian oil for Belarus and import of personal goods for Kazakhstan. The Customs Union was established on January 1.
