Belarusian Activist Fined For Filming Policeman

MINSK -- Minsk's Pershamaysky district court has found a youth activist guilty of hooliganism and resistance to law enforcement officials, RFE/RL's Belarus Service reports.

Ales Lyubenchuk, an activist of the unregistered Young Front movement, was ordered to pay 770 Belarusian rubles (about $280) as a fine.
