ITT concluded cooperation agreements with Telecom Georgia and Beltelecom.

The Open Society "Inter-regional Transit Telecom" (ITT) concluded agreements with Telecom Georgia (Georgia) about direct connection of networks in Tbilisi and with "Beltelecom" (Byelorussia) about expansion of capacity of the land joint of networks to the level STM-1. It is spoken about in the report of ITT.

Under conditions of the agreement, Telecom Georgia becomes the partner of I’’ on transfer of voice traffic from Georgia to Russia. Within the limits of the contract with Beltelecom I’’ expanded capacity of the land joint of networks of mobile and fixed communication between Russia and Belarus.

The Open Society "Inter-regional Transit Telecom" is the operator of interurban and international communication. The company renders services on the basis of the multiservice network of national scale having points of presence at all regions of Russia. From the moment of the basis in 1994 I’’ rendered cellular operators of service of local and distant communication, and also additional services on data transmission. In 2005 the company has received the license for rendering services of interurban and international communication to users in all territory of the Russian Federation. Now I’’ also provides the organization of interaction of mobile and fixed communication operators networks in the Russian Federation among themselves, and also with foreign operators.

The user's base of I’’ in the Russian Federation for the end of the III quarter 2007 has made 7mln users of distant communication. The operator is owned by the Open Society JFC "System" and the Joint-Stock Company "Gamma Capital". Consolidated proceeds of I’’, on non-audited data, under US GAAP for 9 months 2007 have grown in 2.5 times up to $758mln from $304mln for the similar period of the last year. Parameter OIBDA has grown up to $97mln from $96mln in comparison with the last year.
