MINSK. March 14 (Interfax) - The creation of the Belarusian- Russian-Kazakh customs union will be completed by the end of 2010, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Naryshkin told reporters on Friday after a meeting of the Integration Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community (EEC).
"The presidents of the three countries have been asked to put in place measures to form a customs union within three years. Taking into account this commission, we have prepared a plan of actions to create the union by the end of 2010," he said.
Naryshkin emphasized that there are no barriers to the creation of the union.
